該機采用進口數(shù)字交流伺服電機及精密滾珠絲杠傳動。具有加載均勻、穩(wěn)定、無沖擊、測試精度高等優(yōu)點。主要應用于各類氣彈簧的性能檢測。
2.主要特點
功能：采用Windows中文操作平臺、人機對話方式，屏幕顯示試驗力，氣彈簧壓縮量，加速度，試驗力-位移曲線等。
數(shù)據(jù)處理：計算機自動處理各種試驗數(shù)據(jù)，輸出打印Fa、F1、F2、F3、F4、F5、a、Fo等。
控制方式：可以進行預壓縮控制、動、靜態(tài)檢測。符合JB/T8064.1-8064.2-96《氣彈簧技術條件》和QC/T27-1996《汽車用普通彈簧》的檢測要求及數(shù)據(jù)處理方法的要求。
